a word from our guests..

Fabulous stay at Bailey's
My wife and I have returned from an excellent stay at Bailey’s by the Sea, Falmouth, MA. While many highlights are described later, the location, view, and hospitality were outstanding.

Liz, the innkeeper, and Erica, were warm, friendly, and ever helpful. Breakfasts were delicious.

As bike riders, we appreciated the always-available cookies and drinks. The sweeping view of Nantucket sound from the enclosed, wrap-around porch and from the patio was beautiful.

The bicycle ride from Menahunt to Woods Holes (roughly ten miles each way mainly along the coast) and beyond was extraordinary. The location on Falmouth Heights Beach, near the Island Queen ferry, Falmouth harbor, sea-side restaurants, Cape Cod League baseball, and shopping was very convenient. Despite the closeness to these activities, the inn was roughly one half mile from Route 28 so that noise and traffic was low.

Our visit was in mid June shortly before the peak season. The inn and grounds were impeccably maintained. Our stay surpassed our expectations and we look forward to future visits.
